ISO 9001 is the first level or the basic certification level of Quality Management System. This standard can be implemented to meet regulatory compliance, on demand from a customer or/and in pursuit of achieving continual improvement.
This standard incorporates set of international standards on developing, executing and maintaining quality management procedures and systems for organisations irrespective of their sector, industry or size.
